The 2-Week Intro Offer — $99
Two weeks of unlimited semi-private Reformer Pilates and Aerial Silks. Your two weeks begin the day of your first class — not the day you pay. By the end, expect to feel stronger in your core, more connected to your breath, and noticeably more supported in your daily movement.

Private Sessions
Work one-on-one with your instructor on the Reformer or in the air. Private packages start at a 3-session intro ($299) and scale to a 10-pack ($1,100) — fully tailored to your body, goals, and pace.

Membership FAQ
What if I go on vacation or get sick? Is there a freeze option?
Yes. Life happens. After three billing cycles, you can freeze your membership for up to 1 month at a time if you give us 14 days' written notice. For memberships that operate on a weekly billing cycle (our study participants), you are granted up to 4 weeks of freezes to equate to the month that monthly subscriptions are given.
Are classes beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our classes meet you wherever you are in your movement journey. We provide modifications and challenges to suit every level.
Can I do Pilates if I'm pregnant?
Yes, yes, and yes. We have specialized programming for pregnancy and postpartum. Pilates is the number-one prescription for strengthening the deep abdominals and pelvic floor in preparation for birth and recovery.
What are the late-cancel fees?
For all clients, the first late cancel fee is waived. After that, all clients will be charged a $15 late cancel fee if you give our team less than 12 hours' notice of your cancellation.
Membership cancellation policy
Memberships require a 3-month commitment and auto-renew month-to-month thereafter unless canceled. A minimum of 2 weeks' written notice via email is required to cancel. Memberships remain active and billable until the notice period is complete.
