Our classes
A boutique studio, clinically informed.
Reformer Pilates and Aerial Silks are offered separately and together — always with the deep stabilizing principles of Pilates as the foundation.
4 reformers · 3 silks · a specialized focus on women's health
On the Reformer
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates Align Recommended start formerly Reformer Foundations 1
Who it's for
Perfect for those new to Pilates or refining their fundamentals. Strongly recommended as the starting point for all new clients — including those returning from injury, navigating hypermobility, or in a pre/postpartum phase.
What to expect
Intentional, supportive movement with a focus on alignment, breathing, and controlled execution. Closes with a soft, grounding moment of spinal traction using the aerial silks.
Reformer Pilates Elevate formerly Reformer Foundations 2
Who it's for
We recommend starting with Align before progressing to Elevate, especially if you're new to AER or returning from injury.
What to expect
Dynamic, advanced movement patterns with the use of props to increase challenge, coordination, and strength. Expect to feel both challenged and elevated. Closes with a supported suspension in the aerial silks.
Reformer Pilates Renew formerly Jumpboard
Who it's for
A low-impact cardio element using the Reformer's jumpboard — gentle on joints, supportive of bones, tendons, and the pelvic floor.
What to expect
Heart-pumping movement blended with deep core engagement. Closes with a supported inversion in the aerial silk hammocks. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and recharged.
In the air
Aerial Silks
Aerial Silks Foundations 1 For complete beginners.
Who it's for
For complete beginners. No prior aerial experience required.
What to expect
Small-group, boutique setting.
Aerial Silks Foundations 2 Builds on Foundations 1 with more complex sequencing.
Who it's for
For students who can climb and invert without support.
What to expect
Builds on Foundations 1 with more complex sequencing.
Aerial Silks is never taught without the deep stabilizing principles of Pilates. We recommend a number of Reformer sessions before jumping into an aerial class.
Fusion
AER Strong
Seasonal class — currently paused
AER Strong is on pause for now and will return in a future season. When it's running, it blends traditional and unconventional tools — kettlebells, ankle weights, reformers, and silks (used TRX-style) — to build total-body strength, stability, and endurance.
Dynamic circuits challenge your muscles from every angle, improve grip and core power, and support both everyday strength and aerial performance. Want to know when it's back? Email hello@aerpilates.com and we'll add you to the list.
