Our classes at Aer Pilates are offered in a nurturing boutique setting with 4 reformers and 3 silks, with a specialized focus on women’s health. Reformer Pilates classes and Aerial Silks classes are offered separately, as well as together. Aerial Silks is never taught without the deep stabilizing principles of Pilates, so before jumping into an aerial class, we highly recommend taking a good number of Reformer sessions first.

Reformer Pilates Classes

Reformer Pilates Align (formerly Reformer Foundations 1)

Perfect for those new to Pilates or looking to refine their fundamentals, Reformer Pilates Align introduces you to Reformer Pilates through intentional, supportive movement.

With a focus on proper alignment, breathing, and controlled execution, you’ll build deep core strength, improve flexibility, and develop a stronger awareness of how your body moves and feels.

This class is recommended for anyone who desires a session centered on the foundational benefits of Pilates. We strongly encourage all new clients to begin here—regardless of prior experience—as it sets the stage for everything we do at AER.

Those returning from injury, navigating hypermobility, or in a pre/postpartum phase are absolutely welcome and will be thoughtfully supported.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and aligned—physically and mentally.

To close, you’ll experience a soft, grounding moment of spinal traction using the aerial silks, helping you decompress, realign, and reconnect before stepping back into your day.

Reformer Pilates Elevate (formerly Reformer Foundations 2)

This class introduces more dynamic, advanced movement patterns along with the use of props to increase challenge, coordination, and strength. Expect to feel both challenged and elevated as you move through creative, intelligently designed sequences.

Even with the added intensity, our semi-private structure ensures you receive the attention and support needed to move safely and effectively.

If you’re new to AER or returning from injury, we recommend starting with Reformer Pilates Align before progressing to Elevate.

You’ll finish class with a moment of supported suspension in the aerial silks—leaving you feeling strong, empowered, and lifted.

Reformer Pilates Renew (formerly Jumpboard)

Add a dynamic, low-impact cardio element to your Pilates practice with Reformer Pilates Renew.

Using the Reformer’s jumpboard, this class blends heart-pumping movement with deep core engagement to improve endurance, coordination, and full-body strength—while remaining gentle on your joints.

Beyond the workout, this style of training supports the health of your bones, tendons, and pelvic floor through every stage of life, making it as restorative as it is energizing.

Expect to leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and recharged.

To close, you’ll move into a supported inversion in the aerial silk hammocks—encouraging circulation, decompression, and a deeply restored state in both body and mind.

Aerial Classes

Aerial Silks Foundations 1 & 2

An Aerial Silks class for complete beginners to start their journey with aerial silks in a small group, boutique setting. You don’t have to have any prior experience with aerial in order to try Aerial Silks Foundations 1.

You must be able to climb and invert without support in order to join Aerial Foundations 2.

Reformer & Aerial Fusion Classes

AER Strong

Level up your strength training with a signature AER twist. This class blends traditional and unconventional tools—kettlebells, ankle weights, reformers, and silks (used TRX-style)—to build total-body strength, stability, and endurance.

Expect dynamic circuits that challenge your muscles from every angle, improve grip and core power, and support both everyday strength and aerial performance. Whether you’re looking to complement your Pilates practice, boost aerial skills, or simply get stronger, AER Strong delivers a powerful, creative workout you won’t find anywhere else.

Perfect for: anyone ready to push past their comfort zone, level up strength, and train in a way that’s both functional and fun.
