Our classes at Aer Pilates are offered in a nurturing boutique setting with 3 reformers and 2 silks, with a specialized focus on women’s health. Reformer Pilates classes and Aerial Silks classes are offered separately, as well as together. Aerial Silks is never taught without the deep stabilizing principles of Pilates, so before jumping into an aerial class, we highly recommend taking a good number of Reformer sessions first.

Reformer Classes

Reformer Foundations 1 & 2

Pregnant and postpartum women are welcome.

Jumpboard

Add a cardio twist to your Pilates practice! This fun, low-impact class uses the Reformer’s jumpboard to combine heart-pumping movement with core-strengthening exercises. Experience dynamic sequences that challenge your endurance, improve coordination, and build total-body strength—all while being gentle on your joints. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Jumpboard is great for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia. If you are peri-post menopausal, this class is for you!

Aerial Classes

Aerial Silks Foundations

An Aerial Silks class for complete beginners to start their journey with aerial silks in a small group, boutique setting. You don’t have to have any prior experience with aerial in order to try this out. Reformer Foundations and Reformer Amplified are highly recommended prior to taking Aerial Silks Foundations to work on deep stability and control.

Aerial Silks Amplified

This specialized silks class is for experienced silks artists who have been training for a minimum of 2 years. Think of this as your level 2/3 class. Prerequisites include being able to invert multiple times and hip key.

In this session, you will warm up with mat Pilates, and build up to creative aerial silks choreography, wraps and other repertoire.

Aer Pilates

Practioners during this session will move between complementary reformer Pilates and aerial silks exercises. Specialized concepts will be explored such as inversion technique, deep abdominal control, hip control and shoulder girdle stability.

Aerial Silks Foundations and Reformer Pilates Foundations are pre-requisites for this class (unless you are an experienced aerial artist).
