Reformer Foundations
Perfect for those new to Pilates or looking to refine their fundamentals, this beginner-friendly class introduces you to the Reformer machine and its dynamic range of exercises. With a focus on proper alignment, controlled movement, and breathwork, you’ll build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness in a supportive, small-group setting. No prior experience is necessary.
Pregnant women up to their first trimester are welcome.
Reformer Amplified
Take your Pilates practice to the next level with this invigorating class designed for those ready to challenge their strength, balance, and coordination. Reformer Amplified builds on foundational movements with dynamic sequences and moderate intensity, incorporating innovative exercises to deepen your core connection and elevate your fitness. Perfect for those with some Pilates experience, this class will leave you feeling stronger, energized, and empowered.
Reformer Jumpboard
Add a cardio twist to your Pilates practice! This fun, low-impact class uses the Reformer’s jumpboard to combine heart-pumping movement with core-strengthening exercises. Experience dynamic sequences that challenge your endurance, improve coordination, and build total-body strength—all while being gentle on your joints. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Jumpboard is great for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia. If you are peri-post menopausal, this class is for you!
Aerial Classes
Private/ Duet Aerial Silks Sessions
Aerial Silks Classes are offered as private/ duet sessions at Aer Pilates to maximize on attention to detail, safety, and 1-1 feedback in our boutique setting. We always warm up clients prior to the silks session starting with Pilates (sometimes using the reformer!) and then begin training on the aerial silks.
